👩🏻‍💼 Business Thought

Last month we skipped the business thought, so this month I’d like to jump back in with the topic of slow seasons.

Sometimes in business (especially with sales) there can be stretches of time where you don’t feel like your product is moving like it used to.

This can be really discouraging at first and make you feel like people are losing interest, but it’s important to remember that buying seasons ebb and flow just like anything else. There will always be some slower months and some bigger months for sales, and it’s totally normal!

Use this time to work on making new products, stock piling for busier seasons, upgrading your online presence, and freshening up your branding! There is always so much to work on that doesn’t revolve around packing and shipping product, so use the down time as an opportunity to amplify your business in all other areas!

All of the behind the scenes work you do will help to make the slow seasons less slow, and the busy seasons EVEN BUSIER!!

So instead of being down when sales are slow, jump on the chance to ramp up your business!!

August is the month of crazy prep for FanExpo, and I’m so excited!! FanExpo is my absolute favourite show to attend, and I honestly can’t wait to see all you awesome friends again this year! I’m sure some of you have been working hard on your cosplays, and I’m sure are just as excited as me!! I’m looking forward to seeing all of your beautiful and crazy designs!!
