👩🏻‍💼 Business Thought

Last month we discussed the topic of slow seasons. This month I would like to discuss peek performance!

Everyone has a peek performance, athletes, artists, day traders, teachers, students. We all have requirements that need to be met to reach this pinnacle of productivity and success.

It can be a combination of many things, sleep, diet, exercise, down time, social life and even hygiene. Staying on top of these key areas in life will not only make you feel great, but it will help you reach new highs in your business goals.

It’s not always possible to operate at peek levels, and constantly staying in this state can lead to burn out. But it is important to take care of yourself and make sure you have a good foundation in all of these areas so you can maintain a healthy work life balance.

Operating at peek performance will look different for everyone, and what is required to get there will also vary. But if you figure out what areas in life you need to focus on to feel your best, you can use that information to accelerate your business and achieve great things!

Roll 4 dragon has been taking off on tiktok, and it has me so very excited!! Because of all of your amazing feedback, and the growing desire from people all over the world, I have opened up my online shop to international buyers! Unfortunately, if you are not in North America, shipping is not free. But if that doesn’t bother you, then you now have the ability to order from my online shop! As always, shipping remains free in North America. Thank you all so much for all of your hype and kind words towards my new pottery series! I love making these mugs so much and I can’t wait to see what other dragons we create!!
